Check Ride Packages - These packages include all documents necessary for your examinee to complete a CAP flight evaluation.  Contains:  CAPF 5, Statement of Understanding, Airplane Questionnaire, Annual CAPF 5 Written Examination, and Instructions on how to prepare and take a CAPF 5 Flight Evaluation.

Cadet Orientation Pilot Quiz - This quiz is a tool to assist the CAP Check Pilot in determining if the examinee is familiar with the CAP Cadet Orientation Program.  Having the examinee take this quiz prior to the flight evaluation and present a completion certificate during the oral portion of the flight evaluation ensures the aspiring cadet orientation pilot is familiar with CAPP 52-7, Cadet Orientation Flight Syllabus.
